Our Secure Shopping cart is very simple to use, and its technology works equally well on old, new, high performance and low performance computers of all brands and platforms. Many glitches can be remedied using the following tips:

The Shopping Cart will NOT accept orders under the $20.00 PRODUCT minimum. This is a safeguard for us, as we will NOT pack and ship orders under this minimum. We have one of the lowest order minimums on the Internet. Faxing or mailing your order will not waive this minimum, as we simply place your order for you online when you fax it in. If you do not want your order placed online, PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH US, as we place ALL Internet orders ONLINE. If your order will not show a checkout button, this is the first thing to check. If your product total is over $20.00 before shipping, and there is no checkout button on the lower left, then simply click on the REFRESH (or RELOAD) button at the top of your browser. You will be directed to the Checkout page. Do NOT use the ENTER key to move from field to field on the Checkout page, use TAB instead.

In rare instances the shopping cart shows Page not Found. This happens when our server is rebooted. Please wait about a half hour and try again.

If you are on a very high security network, your computer may not accept cookies. In this case the shopping cart will not accept your order. You may fax your order, with your ship to address and credit card number to 708.824.1410. We need a Hard copy of all orders. We do not accept phoned in orders. If you do not calculate Shipping costs, we will add that for you. We charge Shipping on ALL orders, as calculated by our Shopping Cart.
